Welcome to the HFMM 2026 Spring Retreat registration page!

Each year, our HFMM Retreats create space for rest, encouragement, and strengthening in the missionary work God has called us to. If you are not currently a member of Honduran Fellowship of Missionaries & Ministries, but have been invited and are interested in attending, we are grateful for your desire to join us.

Please complete the steps below, and our team will follow up with all additional details you may need. We look forward to gathering together!

STEP 1: See our FAQ page for more information

After reviewing the FAQ, you may continue with registration. Please note that space is limited. Registration will close once all available hotel rooms are filled, at which point a waitlist will be opened. We encourage you to register early. 

STEP 2: Fill out the registration form

Please be sure to select a ticket for each family member attending the retreat and to choose the correct age category for every child or youth. Even infants who may or may not attend the nursery must have a ticket.

If there are not enough tickets available for each family member in the appropriate age range, please do not complete your registration. Instead, email Melodee Webb directly so we can see if space can be opened for your family.

Step 3: Make your payment

Please remember that your spot is not secured until payment is completed. Immediately after you've filled out the registration form, come back here and use the button below  or the QR code to make your payment. 

As a reminder, the fee is $200 per adult and child aged 12 and up.

Children ages 0-11 are free. 

 

* Please use this PayPal link to make your payment, not the links that are used for paying membership dues or residency fees.  If you have already been approved for a scholarship to attend you may skip this step.*
