Renewing your membership keeps you connected with HFMM’s staff, ensures access to member resources, and allows you to stay actively involved in our community of missionaries. If you will not continue your membership in 2026, please let us know as soon as possible.
Please read carefully and complete every step in order. It is recommended to keep this page open to come back to after completing each step.

review your profile on the Hfmm website
Check the email that you received to renew your HFMM Membership. Look for a dark blue box with your MINISTRY PROFILE LINK. Click on this link to open it in another browser window and find your ministry profile. Take a moment to check your profile information for accuracy. Ensure your contact details and personal information are up to date.
Make a note of any changes that need to be made. You'll need this information for Step #2.

Complete the annual update survey
Click here to complete the short form to confirm your details and provide any new information.
Upon completion, you will receive an email confirmation. Please keep this email until we confirm you have completed the Membership Renewal process.
