Renewing your membership keeps you connected with HFMM’s staff, ensures access to member resources, and allows you to stay actively involved in our community. If you will not continue your membership in 2026, please let us know as soon as possible.

REVIEW your profile on the Hfmm website
Click here to view the ministry profiles of all Corporate memberships on the HFMM website. Take a moment to check your profile information for accuracy. Ensure your contact details and personal information are up to date.
Make a note of any changes that need to be made. You'll need this information for Step #2.

Complete the annual update survey
Click here to complete the short form to confirm your details and provide any new information.
Upon completion, you will receive an email confirmation. Please keep this email until we confirm you have completed the Membership Renewal process.

Pay your dues &
confirm your payment
Click here to pay your annual membership dues. The amount that you owe for 2026 can be found in the email that you received from HFMM.
