confirm your profile on the Hfmm website
Click here to view the ministry profiles of all Corporate memberships on the HFMM website. Find your ministry profile in the list and check to see if the information is up-to-date. Make a note of any changes that need to be made. You'll need this for Step #2!
Complete the annual update survey
Click here to complete the annual Member Update Survey. When you finish you will receive an email confirmation. Please keep this email until we confirm you have completed the Membership Renewal process.
Pay your dues &
confirm your payment
Click here to pay your annual membership dues. The amount that you owe for 2025 can be found in the email that you received from HFMM.

If so, you're done! If not, make sure all are completed no later than the end of the day on Wednesday, January 10th. A late fee will be charged for those who do not complete the membership renewal process on time.
