Thank you for submitting your agreement with the Statement of Faith.  As we are a multidenominational organization, unity is a core part of who we are.  Your response will be reviewed by our Applications Department, after which you will be contacted by email with a link to begin the application process.

Please take note that we are busy preparing for and hosting our September HFMM Member Retreat.  As such, new applications will not be processed through the end of September.
